They are made up of members with various insights, expertise and experience of the criminal justice system and work collaboratively across the criminal justice sector to address racial disparity.

The CHALLENGE
The main challenge of the organization was both to rebrand their visual identity and adapt the way they communicate with their target audiences.
Thus we started our design journey with the help of a new and improved brand strategy and social media toolkit, in order to grow their influence and reach, making content more accessible and exciting to other individuals, organizations in the sector, government officials, and community groups and young people impacted by their activities.

The SOLUTION
The client needed help with the design and development of a communications toolkit to ensure the relevant style and tone is being met across different channels, clear suggestions as to how to ensure their website is fit for their main purposes, including direction on how to change the layout, font and images to meet their objectives.
We focused on creating a bold, authentic image for all communication materials, in order to showcase the organization’s work and dedication to their mission that is supporting service users, collaborating with other race equality and civil sector organizations, and negotiating with power to ensure a fairer criminal justice system for people of Black, Asian and Minority ethnic (BAME) heritage.
