The area also lacks green spaces, so on the first two levels of the HUB a two level public vertical garden was created, an arid Japanese garden where everyone working in the area will have access to, without interfering with the HUB’s workers from the higher levels, who also have their own vertical gardens.

 

The design of a creative HUB for all creative industries (advertising, architecture, design, fashion, film, music, performing arts, publications, new media, immersive experiments, etc.) proposes a building developed and used vertically. 

 

Designed according to the principles of circular design and using materials devised for at least two life cycles, the HUB offers reconfigurable spaces, spaces for urban gardens - with a buffer zone on the southwest facade - found on every three levels having a double role of filtering and treating the interior air, using controlled waterfalls, as well as spaces for relaxation, contemplation, serving lunch where they can relax.
