The personal data provided, as well as other information provided by the Beneficiary under this contract (such as email address, fax number, mobile number, landline number) may be processed by SC BIOSCALE ARCHITECTURE SRL while respecting the rights of Users, especially the right to information and objection, for the following purposes:

• Remarketing and user tracking;

• Conducting commercial communications;

• Communication regarding the status of services provided at the request of the client or when it is considered necessary (e.g., in the case of technical or unauthorized issues) for the products and services of SC BIOSCALE ARCHITECTURE SRL.;

Processing of personal data for general identification purposes. Personal data with general identification function is necessary for the correct identification of the client/authorized person in the processing systems of SC BIOSCALE ARCHITECTURE SRL, for billing operations, and those that are necessary or related to the execution of the Contract.
